HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OFFICERS

The Cove Homeowners Assn (TCHOA)

The TCHOA is an all volunteer Board with no source of income other than donations and the proceeds from various activities. The TCHOA has established a website and has been involved in activities such as: Newsletter (currently discontinued due to lack of Editor and Ad Solicitor); Bulletin Boards; Keeper of Color Books; Beautification and Clean Up through County Neighborhood Relations Dept. Mini-Grants; Lake Watch; Adopt-A-Pond; Crime Watch; Children’s Halloween Party; Block Party; Annual Garage Sale; but is mostly involved with regular monthly checks for Deed Restriction violations and legal prosecution of recidivists.

Dependent Tax District:
Special Dependent Tax District (SDTD)

The SDTD is an all volunteer Board whose public officials direct and manage the tax dollars of the 357 residents and apply them to items such as: Front and back entry maintenance; Hillsborough concrete wall and sign painting and repair; common area lawn, weed control and tree maintenance; electric utility, lights and plants at front entry; water and sprinkler repair at front entry; and are the people to contact if an accident occurs where the entries, trees, shrubs or front wall(s) have been hit and damaged by a vehicular accident. Please get a Case Number from the FHP trooper and give to any if the following people:
